Why Precious Dental is our top pick
Precious Dental publishes this guide, so you should expect us to rate it highly. Here is the evidence, so you can judge it for yourself.
Medically reviewed by Dt. Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, implant surgeon · Updated October 2026Precious Dental passes all six of the guide’s public checks: it is on the Ministry register as ST-4647, names its dentists, publishes guarantees and implant brands, publishes its prices, and is rated “Excellent” on Trustpilot from 384 reviews. Its All-on-6 is one price for both jaws with hotel and transfers included, and its implant surgeon, Dt. Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, is named. It is also the clinic that publishes this guide.
Plainly: Precious Dental owns this website and benefits if you choose it. Read this page as our case for our own clinic, then compare it with the evidence pages of the other 15 clinics.

What we think sets it apart
Passing the checks is the minimum. These are the reasons we, as the publisher, put Precious Dental forward for UK patients in particular.
- One price you can see before you write. Many clinics give a price only after a consultation. Precious Dental publishes its All-on-6 price for both jaws, with what it includes, so you can compare it with other quotes from the start.
- A named surgeon, not a team name. For implants, the person who plans and places them matters most. At Precious Dental that is Dt. Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, who is registered with the Turkish Dental Association (number 49105) and also reviews the medical content of this guide.
- Guarantees in writing, by treatment. The periods are listed treatment by treatment on the clinic’s guarantee page, so you know before you book what is covered for how long.
- Brands a UK dentist will recognise. MegaGen, Neodent and Straumann implants are widely used, which helps if a dentist at home needs to look after them later.
- A large public review record. 384 Trustpilot reviews give you plenty to read, including the less positive ones.
Where other clinics are ahead
A fair case says what it does not have. Several clinics in the guide have far more Google reviews than Precious Dental, and some have been on the Ministry register for much longer; Perla Dental, for example, was registered in 1994. Some list more dentists or an in-house laboratory. You can see these on each clinic’s evidence page.
Getting a plan
If you would like Precious Dental to look at your case, send a recent X-ray or a few clear photos through the contact form or on WhatsApp (+44 7575 589099). A dentist will reply with a written plan and price. There is no obligation, and we would encourage you to compare it with plans from other clinics in this guide.
Common questions
Isn’t it biased to rank your own clinic first?
Yes, and we say so on every ranking. That is why the evidence for each check is linked, and why every other clinic is ordered by the same checks rather than by our opinion.
Do other clinics also pass all six checks?
Some do. After our top pick, those clinics come first, ordered by their number of Google reviews.
