Editorial policy

What we publish

This site does three things: it ranks Antalya dental clinics on public checks, it shows the evidence for each check, and it explains how to choose a clinic and prepare for treatment. It is published by Precious Dental, and the advertising disclosure explains how that shapes the site.

Facts about clinics

• Public sources only. A fact about a clinic appears only if we found it on the HealthTürkiye register, the clinic’s own website, or its Google or Trustpilot page.
• Linked and dated. Each fact links to where we found it and shows the date we checked it. Websites change, so a fact is true as of that date.
• Yes or no, not marks out of ten. We record whether something is published or not. We do not turn that into an opinion on how good a clinic’s dentistry is.
• “Not found” means not found. If we could not find something, it may still exist. The clinic page says so and suggests you ask the clinic directly.
• The same rules for our own clinic. Precious Dental is checked against exactly the same six questions as everyone else.

Things we will not do

• Describe another clinic’s treatment quality, staff or results, good or bad.
• Publish patient stories, quotes or before-and-after photos we cannot show are genuine and consented.
• Invent statistics, awards, ratings or “independent” scores.
• Call this guide independent or neutral.
• Accept money, gifts or favours from any clinic in exchange for coverage.

Medical information

Pages that explain treatments, recovery or health risks are read before publication by Dt. Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, the implant surgeon at Precious Dental, whose Turkish Dental Association number is 49105. We link to sources such as the NHS, GOV.UK and peer-reviewed research. Where a statement is our own view as a clinic, we say so. Nothing on the site replaces an examination by a dentist; see our medical disclaimer.

Language and audience

We write in plain UK English for UK patients, most of whom are over 50. We spell out abbreviations, give prices in pounds where a clinic publishes them, and use large, readable text.

Updates and corrections

Each page shows when it was last updated. If a fact is wrong, we change it, update the date and, if it affects a ranking, re-run the ranking. How to ask for a correction is on our corrections page.

Common questions

Do you visit the clinics you list?

No. The guide is built from public evidence anyone can check: the Ministry register, each clinic’s own website, and Google and Trustpilot. We say so rather than implying an inspection.

Who decides what goes on the site?

The Precious Dental editorial team writes the pages, and our implant surgeon reviews the medical content. The clinic’s management approves the top-pick decision.

Do you use AI to write pages?

We use writing tools to help draft and check text. Every page is checked against its sources and reviewed by a person before it is published.
