What this site collects
- The contact form: your name and email, and if you choose to add them, a phone or WhatsApp number, your country, the treatment you are thinking about, how you would like us to reply and your message.
- With the form: the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site that sent you here and any campaign code in the link. This helps us see which pages are useful.
- WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send, which may include photos or an X-ray.
We never ask for medical records through the form. If you send photos or X-rays, we use them only to give you a dental opinion.
Why we use it
To reply to your question, give you an opinion on your case and, if you ask us to, plan and book treatment at Precious Dental. We rely on your consent, which you give with the tick box on the form, and on steps you ask us to take before treatment.
Who can see it
Precious Dental’s patient coordinators and dentists. The form is emailed to our patient inbox, and a copy is saved on our web server so that no enquiry is lost if an email fails. We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to any other clinic named on this site, even if your message mentions one.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and, if you become a patient, for as long as the law requires patient records to be kept. If you do not go ahead, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies
This site has no advertising cookies. If analytics is switched on, it runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. Your browser stores your cookie choice and the page you first arrived on, so that the form can tell us where you came from.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email info@dentprecious.com. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
